They have been cleaning our house for years, however it is not the best service out there. For the first several years I had them, things were broken way too frequently. Of the things I reported, they did reimburse me. Also they rarely raised their rates on us. Now the rates raise every year and I now feel I am paying way too much for a once a month clean. Lately my issue with them is they continue to turn up my thermostat. I reported it the first time and I was told they were probably dusting it and that's why it was bumped up. It is the only thing on that wall and trust me, they don't dust well enough for that to have happened. They always give a two hour window, however they almost always come at the end of the window, even if you are first appointment. All of that said, they do come when scheduled and they get our home back to a much better place then when they arrived. I have a house filled to the brim due to family deaths and I am sure that make our home a challenge to clean, so that works both ways. They show up and they work.

The value of work was high. They're very good at what they are doing cleaning wise. It's just hard to communicate with them. There was only really 1 person who spoke English, so that was kind of a barrier. They were great, very nice and mannerly.

Overall the service was excellent but they occasionally broke things, didn't report it, trashed it or left me to find later. They threw away things to the point I asked them to leave the trash (silver baby silverware, jewelry, stuffed animals, pan scrapers, etc.). the price kept going up - 3xs in one year (also started charging extra after cancelled weeks when no one was even home) so I canceled and so did the friend that recommended them. However, The cleaning was always quick & well done.

Since we are bonded and insured it is our policy for all damages to be reported and then replaced if necessary. As for the pricing, it is correct that if you do not remain on a regular schedule with us to keep your flat rate that you will be charged on a hourly rate. That is usually after a few times of cancelling or rescheduling your cleans, coming off of your normal schedule. We only do this to make sure your home stays up to our standard of clean. Excellent job overall. A crew of four completed the entire house in about 4 hours. After a brief walk through to review the rooms and required tasks, they quickly divided up and immediately started working. They brought their own supplies: rags, vacuums, buckets, sponges, cleaning solutions, etc. Very thorough job. Even took out the trash and re-made some of the beds! All surfaces were dusted, including cabinets and shelves. In the kitchen, the sink and stove were thoroughly scrubbed, as was the case for bathroom sinks, tub, and toilet. Before the crew left, I was given the opportunity to review all the work and point out any areas of concern (there were none). Great and efficient job! Perhaps priced a little on the high side, but worth it in my opinion for the speed and level of cleanliness.

They cleaned the house in general, changed the beds. Of course, they don?t do windows. They do the carpets and dust all the furniture. Take care of the trash, clean all the counters and clean the wooden floors. I think it is $140.
We are just generally satisfied with the service. Once in a while there are some things that are missed, but generally they get most of it. They always arrive within the given time frame, which is a 2-hour window. They always let us know a day ahead of time when they will be here.

They were really good. I called them and they gave me a quote based on the square footage. I told them that I was allergic to latex, and that I would have latex free gloves here, and they adhered to that. I also have a very skittish cat, and they were really careful around him. When I was here while they cleaned, they would tell me that they were finished, and would ask for me to look and make sure it was clean. They always did great.

Their service has been great. So far so good. Their quality is good. We left them once before because of the price. The number would be a C, but you get what you pay for. They call me every Friday before they come and they have called me back when I have reached out to them. Outside the money but if you get what you pay for which is excellent work. They are very attentive and detailed oriented.

It is pretty expensive. I think I am paying more because I work during the day so I am not there, so as far as trustworthiness, I do not have any issues with feeling like they are going to take advantage, no missing items. I have a lot of jewelry and I have never felt like anything has been tampered with. My minor issues is I have outlets I have to tape up so they do not turn them off for like my router and alarm system. I have black slate around my fireplace, to shine it and keep it nice you rub furniture polish on it and I do not think they knew it. If they are not sure or something seems odd to do they just do not do it. One type a different group came in and I left the furniture polish out with a note and it was instead put on my flooring. It is not real wood flooring, the other kind but I almost broke my neck trying to figure out. I think there is just one person that speaks fluid English. If they change personnel I do not think it is clear.

My experience with The Maids has been really excellent. They do a great job every time, and are very thorough, cleaning under furniture and in every crevice. They are also always on time and polite. I have used a few professional cleaning companies before and The Maids definitely outperforms them all, and for a reasonable price.
