They were fantastic! They wrapped all of my furniture in furniture pads and secured it with plastic wrap -- not just the "breakable" or wood pieces, but ALL of my furniture -- even couches, chairs, etc. I have hired many different movers in my life and none have done that. They did miss a few things in one closet, but they also asked me to make sure they got everything, and I missed it too! It wasn't a lot, and easily carried myself the next day. The stairs at my townhome were not easy to navigate with furniture and they did a great job with all of the trips up the stairs without dinging up the walls.
