Ron Kerbe, a Certified Master Inspector, was already at the home when we arrived. He was extremely professional and thorough in his inspection, which lasted approximately two hours for a 2100+ square foot home. He described areas of concern inside and outside the home; he also answered all our questions and provided information and suggestions about the care of appliances, HVAC equipment, deck surfaces, etc. He gave us "A Guide to Preserving the Value of Your Home" provided by the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Later the same day, Ron sent us the full home inspection report by email, including photos of the areas of concern discussed during the inspection. We are very pleased with his services and, therefore, highly recommend him.

It went great. Mr. Kerbe was at the house when I arrived, and went right to work. He was terrific about explaining things and was very courteous and professional. He had the report to me later that day, and it's in a very helpful and understandable format.

Mr. Kerbe arrived early, and during the process he took the time to explain any problems, and complimented the positives.
There was attention to detail in his written report, including photos which he emailed to me promptly. He gave me a packet of material about his company and the home inspection process. We have scheduled Mr. Kerbe for additional inspection work.
