Minor issues, nothing terrible, until 18 months later our gutters were overflowing. Turns out that NO COVERS WERE INSTALLED. Shame on us for not getting out the ladder to check. But OK, so they overlooked it. We contacted more than 6 months ago, and they sent somebody out, Mitchell St. Louis. They acknowledged, and said they would be right on it. And now I call every day, and I get a complete run around. This company talks about integrity, and how they hire veterans. It's all a scam. I'm now reaching out to find a lawyer to figure out how to get the to put the covers on or reimburse us for the fraud. Our contract says covers, and there were not covers. We're just not important now that we handed over our cash. Don't be a sucker with this company like we were.

In 2014, we had our entire roof replaced by roofing nation, with a guarantee of 10 years on the job. This past winter (Jan 2020) we had a company that came out to work on the insulation of our attic and they informed us that they could not do the work until we had our roof condition checked out. We invited the county to come out and do an inspection of the roof and it turned out the roof was failing in many ways. 1) the plywood used was not up to code, 2) the nails used on the roof were not roofing nails. 3) the flashing was leaking around the chimney. Roofing Nation came out and said they owed us a new roof, but has since given us dodged the job. We even offered to sweeten the deal with adding more to the job, which would help them offset some of their losses. We have bought our windows and a front door from their sister company. Sadly, they have been negligent to an extreme. Do NOT hire.

Rep said they didn't do repairs but wanted to look at my situation. Recommended I get a new roof with GAF intake pro for ventilation due to soffits being blocked by blown insulation. Original price was $29,000 , I said see you later . He got on the phone and was able to push the "State of the art Intake pro " along with 50 yr. shingles , other upgrades. Tryed me at $19,000 , I said see you later. Again he got on the phone and got me to sign at $14,900, what a mistake. They came out and NEVER installed any of this , only shingles , crooked as **** , leaky skylight afterward , gutter covers on wrong , gutter nails sticking out all while bad mouthing everybody else. Did the tear off and replacement in less than 8 hrs. and then LIED to me and said they did install the intake pro. I got up there and looked and called the office and refused to sign the paperwork and they claimed I did not need intake pro - THAT WAS THE WHOLE SELLING POINT ! I HAVE IT IN WRITING and they lied and blew me off for 2 1/2 months and then threatened me to legally escalate the issue. I paid for this work in full , HOW THE **** ARE YOU GONNA ESCALATE RIPPING ME OFF AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT ? They know it is too expensive to sue them and they have a F U attitude I strongly recommend NOT using this co.

All things considered, it went well for a roof installation at the tail end of winter.

We found the salesman very friendly and intuitive.  He had noticed and we had mentioned that we had done our homework and that we had other salesmen come out with quotes, so that he stepped back a bit so to let us make the decisions as to what we wanted and we had in mind.  And when we had a question he answered openly honestly.  He was also willing to work with us in terms of the actual install (we had gotten the quote way in advance to when we could have the work actually done) which was extremely helpful to us.  When we were ready, we called them and the they came the next day.  They were finished with everything in 2 days.  The crew was very nice, in fact the crew leader was really nice and when asked he explained everything that was being done .  They cleaned up everything and we actually didn't find much more than a few nails, which was surprising to me, because of the sheer number of nails they had to remove.  Both the house and shed look fantastic!  What a difference in how our house looks and also knowing now, after the 30 year old roof was removed, that we can breathe easier and not have to worry about it anymore.  In the end an independent inspector came out to give it a final look in order for the warranty to kick in.
Roofing Nation was  very easy to work with.  It was no fuss, no muss experience!

They are beautiful. They did a great job and we had other quotes and they were really good. We are really happy with them. Everything is exactly as we wanted. They were very professional and responsive. I was very happy. Very responsive with any concerns we had.

They did a very nice work for me and cleaned up beautifully after themselves.  Honestly, I liked everything about them.  The gentleman who came to give me an estimate was understanding of the fact that I couldn't let him through the front door because of the dogs.  Then gave the estimate and came back to double check before they were ready to go.  They came back and completed the work that they said.  The workmen were all very professional.  They were great.  The price was above average and okay.  It has rained and it hadn't leaked.  They were very responsive.  I would recommend them to others.

They came when they said.  The roof was done well. There was a problem with clean-up.  They came back and did pick that up, but they had left nails all over the yard.  But when I called to mention that, they did send people back to take care of the issue.

From the sales call through installation we recieved: incredible service; complete and accurate explanations of everything from pricing to their installation and quality processes; an experienced, certified, installation team and continuous supervision by senior corporate quality managers. We replaced a big, steep, complicated roof. All installation went exactly as described - underlayment, ice & water shielding, starter strips, ridge cap shingles and ridge vent installation. The quality standards on all materials exeeded current (ASTM D1970) standards.and the warrenty is transferrable when we sell the house. We particularly appreciated the attention to, and protection of, our landscaping; the meticulous cleanup at the end of the installation day;the explanations from the foreman as the installation progressed and the appearance on-site of senior quality managers checking on our satisfaction level.  We also appreciated having the same managers follow the process from sales finalization through delivery.
