This company does a good job on lawn maintenance; however, the owner, Lee Robinson, gets extremely defensive whenever you call to complain about anything - gates being left open, electric outlet cover being knocked off the house, work not being done on day promised. He added a fuel surcharge to the bill when gas prices went over $4/gallon and never reduced even now that it's at $3.12/gallon! Recently he said he aerated my front and back yard, when I called to tell him that the back wasn't done (no dirt plugs) he insisted that he had done it. I called to cancel my contract and after two days with no return call, left a message that I was canceling. That morning instead of returning my calls to see what I needed, he performed yard work anyway. I told him that it wasn't approved and pointed out he didn't return my calls. After shouting at me on the phone, I told him I that I didn't authorize the work, to bill me for the mowing and that I wasn't speaking to him any more about this. I requested that he stop calling me. He then left a threatening message on my phone. He definitely has a chip on his shoulder and instead of trying to work it out with the customer, he accuses you of trying to take advantage. It's too bad he has such a bad attitude as the yard maintenance work is good.
