 + -1 moreMark was great to work with. He is a custom home builder as well as an ICF(Insulated Conrete Forms) installer. The house was completed on time and under budget. He took the time to answer all of our questions and work with our budget. We were able to do some of the work ourselves to bring down the cost and he was fine with that. We did ICF and are looking forward to the benefits it offers. Mark was very patient in dealing with us. This was our first time building a house and had lots of questions and concerns. Through the entire process he was attentive and never made us feel like we should know what we are doing.
Description of Work: We built a 2100 square foot home using ICF(Insulated Concrete Forms). Mark recommended an architect to draw up our house plans and then helped us create a budget. He sought out quotes from subcontractors for all the work. He even accepted info on sub contractors from us and got quotes from them. He was at the site almost every day of the whole process supervising and doing some of the work himself.
