Technician (Zack) called warranty company for me and made sure they approved purchase of equivalent unit to our old one. This was awesome since a standard unit was around 70 bucks but we had a much higher end unit that ran 200 bucks. His attention to detail made sure we got an exact replacement!
He should up on time, was super polite and went straight to work. In addition to the work he was called out for he pointed out a few other minor issues we had and even gave me a quick tutorial in how I could fix it myself.

Zack the owner (Reg. Master Plumber Md.Lic.#67596) was prompt, pleasant and professional.
He recommended the specific equipment including brand names.
In most cases he picked up the items and then installed each of them.
All of the installations were done to both my wife's and my total satisfaction!
He (Zack) had to install the sump pump with back up battery pack, during an extended 'power outage' in Anne Arundel County,
during that very difficult and demanding time he was working in more than (6) six inches of standing water!.
We are now beginning to do a complete rebuild of our Master bedroom Bathroom, which will include
the relocation of a large bath tube and a large stand up shower, plus (2) two new vanities and (2) two new sinks.
Zack has been extremely reliable and rapidly available if any questions came up. There was no need for any follow up
each items were immediately functional after installation was completed.
He provided excellent workmanship with a detailed focus on quality at a competitive rate!
