The estimate was fairly priced and the crew came on the day scheduled and complete all work in one day. The issue arose in the next few days and weeks when the new sod began to die along the area where the pavement was supposed to be removed and soil and sod in its place. After my husband looked at the job (and we are by no means professionals) it appeared that little of the gravel/pavement had been removed and not enough soil was put in its place to allow the sod to grow well. We emailed and called perficut to talk about this issue and although they said they would come back out to inspect it and correct any issues they never came back, even after my husband left two more mesages. We have since given up and although we would like to get some money back or have them correct their work in the spring we will end up having to pay someone else to finish what they started.

I called to inquire about lawn mowing services.  I left 2 messages on 2 different days and nobody ever called back.
