The 3D rendering they shared looked exactly like what I had in mind, which made me feel confident about the whole process. Peake Residential finished remodeling my basement and it’s fantastic . They turned a cold/cracked concrete disaster into the man cave I’ve always wanted. I had never heard of a reclaimed hardwood accent wall, but man it looks nice. They added reclaimed beams on the ceiling, a full theater setup, custom bar and tile, perfect trim, and plush carpet. What really gets me is how luxury everything feels. Before I chose Peake, I had the pleasure of rounding up a few remodeling quotes (I like to be diligent), but these guys were really the only ones that I felt were shooting straight. No BS, they told me exactly what the cost was and why. Not to mention they worked with me so that I felt comfortable with the entire process. Then they got to work. They showed up on time, took great care and put real effort into their craft, and even kept up with keeping things clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better, easier process. I’d definitely use this company again.
