After Mike checked out the couch, he determined that one of the arms was broken causing the recliner side we were having trouble with to bind. He also said it must be the side of the couch most used because the seat padding was also in need of some new padding. He gave us an estimate of cost and the time required. Both were reasonable so we asked him to do the work. He disassembled the couch and took the parts to be fixed with him. When it was finished a return date was scheduled to put it together. The repair worked and looked like new. The work was good, the price was reasonable, and Mike was very professional. He even provided us with lots of useful advice on how we could recover the seats on our kitchen chairs. I highly recommend Mikes company.
