The quality of service and work performed was poor. The main, and certified contractor was onsite less than an hour total and was late for all visits. He did not return phone calls regarding concerns, and his team had to be called back to fix an incorrect installation. His team was polite and friendly, but one of the two was a trainee who had not performed the work before, and was not being trained by the main contractor. They were skilled at the basics, but did not use proper safety equipment, and did not correctly complete the work causing the system to not function and required them to come back out. To the best of my knowledge there were no checks for country requirements, codes, and permits for the work being performed. An online records check showed that one of the employees working in the apartment had multiple convictions for burglary and theft, which is not reassuring when normally they would be working in your apartment unsupervised. In the end, the installation was completed, but the experience was not positive.
