 + -1 moreComputer was sent to me that was not as described. Odyssey Computers would not fix the issue, even though their customer service rep., Dave, stated on Amazon, that the computer came with a R/W DVD.
Description of Work: I bought a M81 Lenovo computer that stated in the ad that it came with a R/W DVD drive. It arrived with a Read only DVD drive. It will not burn DVD's! I contacted seller and he insisted that computer was advertised as having a DVD read only. I showed him the ad, but the stated that there was a sales disclosure page that stated that in may come with a Read only DVD. He could not produce such a document. He refused to send me the R/W DVD drive, or compensate me in anyway. I had already transferred my data and software to the new computer, so I couldn't return it.
