Description of Work: Appointment was easy to schedule. He followed COVID-19 protocol adequately when on-site and performed identification of the pest swiftly. He was polite and courteous. Another important aspect was his conscientious pricing. We have never had anyone perform work in any category at the reasonable pricing that Will offered. It also doesn’t seem like his work is subpar either. He seems knowledgeable yet humble. He is coming back at another time to spray the entire house at an economical price. Mind you that another contractor gave a price of hundreds of dollars for just one room.

+ -1 moreLove this is a small family-owned company that doesn't try to sell you on the phone with a package deal. Most companies don't want to spend the time to check your house out with a free inspection when you utter the simple word "ants" but William at My Pest Control insists on it -- he was able to utilize a perimeter control spray with some localized interior treatment to specifically control our problem. Plus his price is the best I've seen because, again, he doesn't throw all the bells and whistles at you like larger outfits. He's responsive, works his butt off (goes all over Maryland and even visited us on a Sunday), and is very professional, efficient, and kind. Just hire him.
