Mosquito Joe of Annapolis

I've been using Mosquito Joe for 3 years, and have been very pleased. Technician David K. is the man! In fact, I've requested David to be the only technician to service my property. He's so courteous and nice--a pleasure to deal with. I have a pond and David takes his time and carefully treats the area. I also like the "heads-up" text I receive notifying me of his arrival time. Keep up the good work!

When we moved into our house nearly 3 years ago, our grandchildren could not be outside because of the mosquitoes. We called Mosquito Joe and they have been coming ever since. It is very rare that we now even see one mosquito, even with the very wet weather we have had. In addition to the amazing results, the folks at Mosquito Joe are great to do business with. They come when they say they are coming and they are very responsive to emails and phone calls. A great company with which to do business.

We have used their services for about 3 years now and are very satisfied. We live on a wooded lot and the mosquitos and ticks had become unbearable. Last year we had a crab feast on our back deck for the family and there was hardly even a fly to swat at! Nice people to deal with and the people they send here are always cordial & nice to deal with. My husband, myself and the dog can once again enjoy our back deck 24/7. I’m a happy camper!

Mosquito Joe Annapolis has been spraying our yard for a few years. Since Mosquito Joe has been spraying our yard, there have been some summers where we have not see ONE mosquito. Otherwise just a few here and there. They have a friendly, consistent team and most of all, it works!!! This is one of the most worthwhile investments we have made (and it's not even a big one). They are responsive and quick to act if we call them and extremely pleasant.

Badly. I had used them before and it was fine. But two weeks ago I hired them and there was absolutely no change in the level of mosquitoes. When I called to invoke their 100% guarantee that they would respray if there is a problem. However, they refused to come because I had only scheduled one service this year. Nowhere in their online guarantee does it say you have to have regular service to get a guarantee. It isn't a 100% guarantee at all. The first email response indicated that on the first spray their would only be a 75% reduction in mosquitoes. When I replied that there was zero improvement, the employee responded that I would have to get several treatments to ensure results. That is not how you market it, Mosquito Joes. Don't offer a 100% guarantee when you don't mean it.

Mosquito Joe did an excellent job in controlling the mosquitoes around my property. We also had a problem with bats nesting and feeding on mosquitoes as well. Thanks to Mosquito Joe for the mosquito population has been severely diminished I no longer see bats flying or nesting around my property.

Melissa was excellent to work with to set up the service.  The technicians that come to our home are very professional and have always arrived when they are scheduled to.  They started spraying our yard in April and come every three weeks.  The difference has been amazing. Because of a nearby storm drainage pond, we were never able to use our outdoor space in the summer.  With the treatments we be out as much as we want without being eaten alive by the mosquitos.  I would highly recommend their service to anyone with a mosquito problem.

It was very cheap that time because we went out to the armory and we saw them out there. I think the first application was like $21 and the second time was $79. But, they're a very nice company, nice people to deal with.

Amazing!  We fight mosquitoes every year.  The last few years I've used the "mosquito magnet" system in my back yard and it has helped reduce the mosquito population in the back yard.  Even with it we still see some and get some bites.  And the front yard was still infested (I would see 6 or 7 trying to light on my leg at a time) .  With the mosquito joe treatment we have seen only one mosquito so far this whole year.  It's nice to be able to live outside again without all the bites.  Amazing!!!
