 + -1 moreOn the day of our inspection, Tom told us that he would arrive hours before we did so that he could get a head start. Once we arrived, he had completed the bulk of the evaluation and reviewed his substantial findings with us. He printed out a punch list in his truck because we were meeting with our builder immediately after the inspection. His expertise and advice were invaluable. We were able to identify some serious issues that our builder had no intention of ever fixing. I have recommended him to all of my neighbors and many of them have hired him, too. I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever needed inspection services.
Description of Work: Tom conducted a pre-settlement inspection on our newly constructed home.
