MaxAir was a breath of fresh air for me, after trying to deal with multiple HVAC companies that either weren't professional, gave me bad advice, or I just didn't trust. A friend recommended MaxAir to me, and although they were further away from my home address than I would normally go, I called them. It's been a pleasure to deal with them ever since. They seem to really know HVAC, and they are polite, punctual, and even put cloth booties over their shoes when they enter the house. They are also very patient, and were the only company to give me the level of detail that I needed when considering a new HVAC system. I have switched to MaxAir and gladly have an annual contract with them now.

We called and they came out the next day. It was great service. We use them because they deal specifically with our brand, Carrier.

They came out on Friday morning as an emergency call and monday morning, they contacted me to let me know that they had the new motor and would be out to install it between 11-1. Great & quick service

fixed problem, non functional..there was a freon leak and the inside drain hose had frozen.

The experience was terrible. I recommend that Angie's list give them an F rating, and warn customers not to use MaxxAir

The office response is very good and knows where and when the serviceman is working. I met him at a rental unit and he was already there working on the A/C compressor located on a second floor landing accessible only by ladder. He was very efficient and competent in his work as well as courteous. I switched from BGE because they would not service the compressor on the landing and now have a service contract with Max Air with which I have been very pleased.

AWESOME TECHNICIAN ROMY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND DID A TOP CLASS JOB .

There was only one thing that bothered me. When I tried to call for emergency stuff, all I got was an answering service and they never did return my call. So, I failed them on that one, I would give them an ?F? for return calls and emails and stuff. 

They did a good job installing the furnace and everything. It was a good price. The people who installed it were professional, but the office is very unprofessional. There?s no reason to be that way, if you are wanting to maintain a business. 

On top of that, the salesman that I talked to, to get my furnace from gave us his cell phone number. We called it, left him numerous messages about emergency situation. Nothing, not one word! The next time we ever heard from him was when they called me up and said, ?it?s time for your inspection!? I went, ?okay!? 

The inspector came out and inspected their work. He failed them on several things. I don?t know what they were, cause they don?t ever tell you. He did say, ?it?s not unsafe, you can use it, it?s not going to kill you or anything!? I think it was just minor stuff, but he failed them.

They came out, made some repairs. He came back and he said, ?no, none of this is done right!? So, he failed them again. He notified them and we have not heard anything from them and that has been since November 21st. They have not been back to fix anything.

Once their contract ends, the service for a year and all of that, then after that you have to buy a service contract. I will not be using them! In fact, I have already signed a new contract with another company to take over the same day theirs expire.

Could not have asked for a smoother process. The price was right and the service was great. The installers were quick and thorough. Very personable as well. Great experience overall. Highly recommended.

Called this morning, came this afternoon and fixed unit. Excellent communication and service

From the moment I called MaxAir, I knew I had chosen the right company to perform the job that I needed.  From their professionalism, to their "down to earth" feel of when I spoke to them on the phone, and to the pricing that I had thought would be more expensive.  I had called on a Friday, and they said they could come out the next day, Saturday.  I was worried that the price would drastically increase due to a weekend job, but everything seemed to be the same, which I was very happy about.  

In my particular case, I was not able to be there to be home when the technician was scheduled to come out.  The technician had called me 45 minutes prior to his arrival to my home.  He also called me when he arrived, to ensure that the lock box for my unit was the one sitting outside.  He called me approximately 30 minutes later to discuss the findings of my a/c unit.  He verified everything was in working order, and was compliant with what the previous home inspector had noted.  I had asked for this in writing, to present to the buyer of my home, and Tomi promptly sent over a letter explaining the same.  

I would like to thank MaxAir, for going above and beyond.  My expectations were met, and then some.  Everyone was very friendly over the phone, the prompt service of a next day appointment, and the multiple phone calls I received from the technician show how much this company cares for their customers.

I would absolutely, without a doubt recommend MaxAir, for any HVAC job you may have.  You will not be disappointed!

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, clean, and performed the duct replacement in a timely manner. We have used this company in the past, and have always been pleased with their work.
