Immediately after purchasing our home, Nelson and his team came out to remediate the mold in our basement that was identified during our home inspection. His team was prompt, professional, and clean. I spent the afternoon chatting with him about various things we wanted to do to our home, and he gave honest advice from his decades of experience. Its clear he was earnest about giving pointers to me as a new home owner, and not just out to make some quick $$ off of my lack of experience with owning a home which I really appreciated. Since then, we've had some unexpected issues with work the seller had done which caused leaks and drywall damage. Again, Nelson's team was able to quickly come out and figure out the cause of the leak, fix it, and they even replaced and painted the drywall and added an access panel I needed for my bathroom. We've got yet another leak around our chimney that he's going to have his company come out and help us with. I'm so happy to have found Nelson - he's been great through the bumps and adventures of owning a new (to us, built in the '60s) home. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

The men recaulked our back patio and put down a plastic tarp along the back of our house, underneath our garden to help prevent moisture from getting in the space. Apparently, they also sprayed something in our crawl space to kill the existing mold. Just a few months later the caulking crumbled and the plastic sort of caved in and looked really bad. My husband had to re-do the caulking b/c they weren't willing to come back and fix it and less than a year later the mold returned. When I reached out to them earlier about the caulking and then most recently about the mold return, they were completely unresponsive to all emails and when I finally got them on the phone they were rude and dismissive. They refused to answer any of my emails and instead said to "read the contract." I feel like I trusted them and we ended up with a poor quality of work.

Fast and efficient. Only concern was that original date had to be rescheduled

The work went without a hitch ? basement demo-ed, cleaned, treated with anti-microbials, walls painted with drylok, regarding done around the house, downspouts extended with timely and extensive communication during the work. My only reservation was the high initial estimate which went down only after we did our due diligence and solicited two more estimates for comparison, which is why the grade is B. The actual work is highly recommended.
