House Cleaning
I purchased a Living Social coupon for Maid Easy Cleaning Services and had a very difficult time making an appointment. I finally made an appointment 10 days in advance and confirmed it more than once. The appointment was for 1:00 today. I took time off work and waited at home for them to arrive. They never came. I called and emailed several times over a two hour period and no one has yet responded. This evening at 8:30 I called the number and the person on the other end picked up the phone and then before I could say anything hung up. I assume it was because she recognized the number as one I left earlier. i have not been rude or angry in any of the 3 messages I have left today. I have simply inquired if any one was coming and if not, why not.
