They were pretty good. They were punctual for everything. They were definitely the best value for all the work. They did good quality work. There was one miscommunication during the project, but in the end it was resolved and the work was completed. The accuracy and openness of presentations were excellent. I thought that the execution of the job was very good, except for the miscommunication on the siding side of the work.

I had a great experience working with LOWES, because they handled all of the subcontractors. I knew that if I had any problems I could call up the LOWES location that I made the appointments with. I felt that I could trust a large company like LOWES to hire good subcontractors. The subcontractors that they sent out were great. They came out to our home and met with my wife. They were very professional. They stuck to the time frame that they set for when the windows would be in and when the overall project would be complete. They completed the whole project in two days. They were very quick, clean, and professional.

There was no pressure to buy a certain type or higher priced set. My only problem was they could have been more careful when carrying in because they took a hunk out of the front door jam.
