Luis installed an HVAC unit and within a year the unit and thermostat lost power. Error code indicated a short circuit inside the unit but Luis insisted I install a new thermostat and refused to honor his labor warranty and service the unit. He was argumentative over the phone when I asked him to fix the problem. Long story short a 3rd party contractor found kinked wiring inside the unit from poor installation done by Luis. I have since filed a complaint with the department of Labor for refusal of warranty services.

Lou Ramirez' service was excellent. He is personable, honest, and attentive. While he was often delayed by other jobs, he always took my calls and made a point of finishing the job promptly.
