KER Remodeling

Fantastic - Given the great service they provided the first time on a huge mold remediation project (involving our basement, crawlspaces, attic, etc.. & with installation of a moisture/radon system), we had Kraig and KER remodeling return to our 100+ year old home to repair a known issue with our roof due to improper pitch, subsequent water pooling and water damage in the closet below. We also had them arrange the removal of wallpaper in our kitchen as well as repainting there and in the adjacent large living room. The work took about 5 days altogether, and we could not be happier with the results. Kraig and his guys are always very professional, prompt, honest, and appropriately priced. I know I'm working with someone I can trust, who will do the job right, and who will stand by their work in the future. Thus, they will always have my business and my referrals.

Everything they did was sloppy. Could not be more displeased with their work. They cut corners every step of the way. They installed the backup sump pump incorrectly. The soffit vents are falling out. The mold remediation was a randomly sprayed paint in our basement. Never hire these guys.

Overall we are very happy with this company and have already signed another contract to have an addition added on as well as gut the kitchen and remodel it.

I hired these guys back in 2012 to put in a new bathroom and redo the tile in another. The whole project was a nightmare. I had to babysit the guys the entire time. Anytime I wasn't around to watch their every move I would come home to something damaged or done wrong. They didn't measure or plan anything, they winged it the whole time. They gouged our $1000 jacuzzi tub, then Kraig, the owner came to see it and had some random old man he'd hired on for the day try to "rub it out" with some car scratch cream. When that proved unsuccessful, and while I wasn't home to watch them, they super glued a round piece of white plastic over the gouge to hide it. Another guy spilled a huge bucket of water onto the carpet which is still damaged. They broke the sink backsplash in half and instead of replacing it installed it and never told me about it breaking. The tiles are all uneven around the tub and the grout to this day is cracking and tiles are falling off. The list goes on. Don't hire KER.
