JMS Moving & Delivery Services

Jerry's company I have under hauling, because I don't really see a category to put his company. He card says "liquidation of personal property, moving and delivery services, household clean-outs and disposal services, appraisals of personal property." He essentially has ties to dealers of antiques, junk and other stuff, and is able to do what each of us would like to do... realize a $ amount for our "treasures". After he and I walked through all my "stuff" which was a mix of the good, the bad, and the ugly, he told me there were 3 ways to handle it. He could haul the junk off and I could pay him for the job. He could pick out only the "good" stuff, and he would pay me. Or he could clean out my basement with no $$ exchanging hands. I elected to go with the third option. The day of the cleanout, he not only brought his team of 3 guys, with an antique dealer with 2 other guys, and they all had a wonderful time going through it all. (I should mention that they actually found an old savings bond of my deceased husbands in a small box - (they obviously opened every thing as they went through the stuff) and immediately brought it to me) There was one hugh truck in my driveway and two other large vans at curbside during the morning they were working.
