Furniture - Sales
Bought a sleeper sofa that went on sale after I bought it and I hadn't even received it yet. And the sales lady called and told me that the price would now be reduced (several hundred dollars.) They were suppose to deliver on the 26th of June and got a call they would be there between 10-3 they showed up before 10. They had brought me the wrong sofa and ended up taking it back. I tried contacting Jennifer Convertibles for several days and ended up having to call one of thier other stores just to get ahold of someone. After I finally got someone on the phone on the 1st of July she said she would check on it. Several days later with no callback I called them and demanded my money back. Now they have my money and I have no couch. They told me it would take 3 weeks for me to get my refund.
