While they were nice and polite, communication needs to be improved and their workers seemed newer and inexperienced. I had to buy an extra transition piece to get the job done. They had to come back to handle sections they missed and part of it is flat and part of it glossy and he seemed to misunderstand what was needed as doors, etc were missed.
