I waited on-site for about 1.5 hours while someone finished the car ahead of me in the queue and then completed mine.

When they were finished, I had tint applied to the seven non-windshield windows.  Overall, it was a decent job with three issues:
  1. On the front, passenger-side window, a small fragment of tint was tinted into the window.  
  2. On the passenger-side rear quarter glass had a small flap of tint missing from the top.  
  3. The rag being used must have been extremely dirty because before I could drive away, I had to clean the windows of the scum that had dried onto the tint.
Would I go back?  Yes.  Their prices are very competitive, and they guarantee their work.  I just haven't taken the time to go back and have my tint fixed.  I will just have to be more aggressive in immediately checking the results.
