Russell visited us on 4/21 and gave us a very competitive quote on the spot. We told him we were not ready to make a final selection. Over the next few weeks I emailed Russell a couple of times and asked him the cost of various additional work (replacing front gutter as well, replacing fascia board) and he provided me prices in a reasonable time. On 5/25 I emailed Russell and told him we would like Home Transformations to do the work, and requested an updated quote/proposal reflecting the additional work. I sent a summary email listing the additional items. He said he would get it to us asap. On 5/31 I emailed Russell again and commented that I had forgotten one item off my last email. He told me everything was in order, and that Chrissy from the main office would call me next week to schedule the work. On 6/7 I called the main office and they had no idea and gave me the cell number of the owner Will. I spoke to him and explained that if he didn't want the job that was fine, but all I really wanted was an updated quote/proposal and we would be good to go. He told me he would call me back by the end of the day. 6/11 still nothing.
