My relator recommended Hilda's cleaning service. Her crew cleaned the house as we had moved out but left a few things. My relator called her back as things were not cleaned well. Her crew came back and cleaned again. A couple days later my husband, daughter and myself went to the house to check on things. We noticed that many of our items were gone. My 6 year old daughters barbie dream house doll house was taken, some kitchen items and about three of my purses taht were of value to us. Many other items have been discovered meeting. Hilda even though she has a video of the doll house there before her crew went in will not admit her people are shady. No other people went into the home unsescorted. We will buy our daugther another doll house, however its a hard lesson for a 6 year old to learn. We will never ever hire her again and in the future when we have cleaners our camera's will be on. We had already moved out so wifi in the home and we had taken all of our cameras out of the home to our new home. Do not hire unless you will be in the home or have your cameras on.

Hilda's is a wonderful family owned company that we have been using for years. My family has used Hilda's for over twenty years now. Never any issues with the exception of something being accidentally broken. Hilda's apologized and immediately paid for a replacement or repair. I would highly recommend them.

Hilda is extremely nice and personable. Her housekeepers are pleasant and hard working.

We've been very happy with them. They are reliable on the time when they come, they seem to be very trustworthy and they pay attention to the quality of work that they do. They come out every two weeks. We usually get four man and that is $30.00 per man/hour. We pay $120.00 a week, normally we get four people sometimes three but then they here longer. They are professional specially when we talked to the office if there's anything you need to change for an appointment they are always willing to do it. Absolutely, I will use them again.

We think Hilda's crews do fine work. Since this is a second home, we are rarely there, but it is clear that they were there when we arrive after them. They do a much better job than our maid in Olney, especially the dusting. We have a Labrador who sheds quite a bit. Hilda's crews make sure the dog hair is gone. The only negative yet was when they missed the underneath of the toilet seat. Other than that, they do a great job.
The lack of cost info is because I do not pay the bill.

My experience with them was very good. They were very professional. Anytime there was a problem, I can get in touch and it would be fixed immediately. There are rarely any kind of a problem.

I really have to stay on top of them to make them pay attention to details. I'm kinda neutral on recommending them to other. I'm currently toying with changing companies but I will use them until then.

I last used them a month and a half ago. They come out monthly to clean seventy five percent of my house. I went with them because I looked them up on Angie's List. They do a decent job but sometimes I'm a little frustrated because they don't show up quite as on time as I like them to. Basically they do a good job.

They are very professional and very methodical. They are also very organized. They are the only cleaning people I have ever had that turned the fans off and dusted the top of the ceiling fans and cleaned the inside of the toaster. I love them. They are excellent. They always show up when they're supposed to. I work part-time, but I'm usually home when they come. If they say they're coming at 8:00, they would come out at 8:00. If they say they're coming at 10:30 they would come out at 10:30. They love my dog. One of them put a picture of my dog on her Facebook page. The crew speaks a little English except for Gina, but Gina is just great. I just love them. They are a part of the family. They are just wonderful.

They charge a flat rate every two weeks. On occasion, they haven't set the alarm. I've also come home to find the backdoor open sometimes. There haven't been any really recent problems. I've had to call them a couple times to explain how I want them to do things. The team that I get changes from time to time. They use most of their own supplies.

I was very impressed with Hilda's Housekeeping Service. They call first and let me know when they will be here, and they always make sure it's a good time for me. They do a very thorough job. They are very courteous and professional and very careful of my belongings.
