I didn't like the fact that I bought two certain trees and they tagged them with my name, but when they came out to install them, they were not anywhere near the size of the ones that I had picked out.  I bought 12' trees and the ones they brought out were 6' or 7' trees.  They then gave me two free trees the following year to make up for the problem.  They were punctual, but they brought the wrong trees and sold mine to someone else.  I haven't used them since then and I have broken ties with them.  Nothing was positive about this particular experience and it made me very angry.

I was not pleased.  I don't see a difference.  They weren't responsive when I called them about my lawn; the one that happened.  They're just irresponsible when I called them on the phone.  I don't know when they were coming up.

They laid clay over the top of my lawn, and called it "topsoil". Most of my grass died, and then they blamed me for putting it down. I asked them to use black humus, but they used gray clay against my advisement. Now, that it's almost a year later, it's hard as a rock. Topsoil, indeed. I will not be using their services or store again in the future.

We wanted something bigger than we could do ourselves to get the privacy quicker. The recommended European HornBeam trees which make a great hedging. They came out planted and mulch the trees. They provide guidance on how to care for the trees. As far as I can tell they survived a very hot summer and cold winter.

I would like to give these guys a good review but I really can't.  Would I use them again????- MAYBE for certain things.   We wanted low key steps down the slope.  Ours ended up looking like the Great Wall of China.  No workers spoke English and no supervisor came out with workmen.  They didn't really seem to know what had been agreed upon.  Every one was very cooperative but that didn't make up for the problems.  After the first rain, our steps were ponds and a stone flipped when my husband stepped on it.  They were prompt to respond but ruined our relatively new driveway with a leaking truck.  They fixed that (it took a year) but it still doesn't look good.  When they sodded, they put a landscape tie over the sump pump drain.  It took us a year to find that.  They fixed that also.  Now we are finally finished.  The steps are functional but not a thing of beauty.  The owners try really hard and worked with us.  But, if I had known what was in store, I would have gone somewhere else for the work.

Wonderful experience from start to finish.  John came out and looked over the property, gave us a design and a quote within a week.  The quote was quite reasonable for the scope of work.  The crew arrived when promised and completed everything in a couple of days with no problems or surprises. Beautiful job and we are enjoying our new backyard very much!

I know them all now too. John is they guy I usually use. They are good with their estimates. I can negotiate the contract and price. When it is all done you get a final bill.

Contacted this company based upon solid reviews from the website, Someone came out to do an estimate and based upon comparison of this estimate with other landscaping companies I decided to go with this company. 
I paid 1/3 down to get put on the schedule and in 2 weeks the the work was done.  All of the debris from the weeding and shrubs were put in large trash bags and placed in the front of the house for removal.

They did an outstanding job.  The cultivar of boxwoods that they recommended look very nice.   They cleaned up everything and did a beautyful job of mulching.   The plants are healthy and everything looks great.

I called them back because I needed a thicker layer of mulch and they did. They also didn't pull some weeds because they thought they were flowers. I have used them in the past but they needed to come back to remedy some of their issues.

On April 2 I had Evergreen's come out to survey the requested work and I had provided a list of the items I wanted to have completed.  John was prompt, very friendly and professional.  We walked the property and discussed the list of items I presented to him, he provided suggestions on how best to resolve an erosion problem I as having and we agreed to a solution.  John indicated he should have a proposal to me by the end of the week.  I received the proposal the following Monday, April 7.  After reviewing the proposal I had a couple of questions and wanted to have the proposal broken out by three seperate jobs, I contacted Evergreens on 4/16.  Due to it being the height of the spring cleaning the team was out on scheduled work and the office could not get in touch with John to clarify some of his notes regarding my requests.  On April 25th I did receive adequate responses to all of my questions and a further breakout listing the jobs seperately as I had requested.  I was on vacation and when I returned I signed the contract and sent a deposit of 1/3 down on May 8.  The work was scheduled for the morning of June 5.  Evergreens arrived promptly with a team of 3 and got right to work.  Although the proposal stated the work would be completed in one day, it did take a couple of hours the next morning to finish.  They were all very professional, great to work with and I would definitely use them again.  On June 22 I received an invoice for amount owed and it was exactly as I expected.  They also enclosed an 11 page document providing excellent information on the care of new landscaping.

The whole project went very well and we are very pleased with the results. We are planning to use them again for another project.

They have a large variety of services and different crews for each individual tasks. I love Evergreen Gene's Inc they do a great job.

Craig, John, and Renee were very professional. I originally emailed them pictures of my existing stone wall and my address. John came out within a day or two and Renee quickly followed it up with a proposal that included the price and all the terms and conditions. Once I signed and returned the proposal they sent out a crew and materials to complete the project. The crew finished in one day and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. 

I will use Evergreen Gene's in the future and highly recommend that you contact them and give them a chance to compete.

EVERGREEN GENE'S HAS BEEN DOING OUR YARD FOR THE LAST TWELVE YEARS. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. SOMETIMES THEY ARE HARD TO GET OUT TO THE JOB, BUT ONCE THEY ARE THEY DO GOOD WORK.
