Avoid this contractor at all costs. I hired Alex on 08/05/20 to build a deck in my property. Soon after, I made an initial payment of $3,562.50 per the contract. The county issued a permit for the project on 09/20/20 - and Alex and his team showed up days later to begin the project. I requested adjustments to the plan and Alex told me that there shouldn't be a problem submitting a revised permit application to the county. That in fact, the whole process should only take a few days, not weeks. As days turned into weeks, I reached out to Alex severally demanding to know the status of the application. Most times, he would blatantly ignore my calls, voicemails and text messages. On 11/27/20, I felt I needed to get in touch with the county myself, so I asked Alex to furnish me with the county's contact info. He ignored me. So I searched the internet for that information and after I found it, on 12/2/20, I reached out to Alex for confirmation. He, as usual, ignored me. On 12/7/20, I eventually wrote the county seeking to know what was going on - and they responded on 12/08/20 stating that the only deck permit for my property was issued on Sept. 20. This came as a big surprise to me as I was all along thinking that Alex submitted a revised application. I responded to the county immediately - copying Alexing and asking him to clarify the situation. He simply ignored the email. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 12/17/20 regarding this issue and Alex still has not responded.

We finally decided to replace our dated and aging aluminum siding. However we are very particular about the quality of work so we wanted to hire the best contractor we could find. We asked around and multiple people told us about this company. We requested a quote and they scheduled a time right away, they were on time and very professional. They were very detailed and gave us multiple samples and options to choose from. We ended up getting a quote for new siding, gutters, soffit and fascia. We received the quote very fast and once we made our final decisions they started work almost right away. The job took about a week because of weather issues but they showed up on time each day and stayed late to get the job done. The quality of their workmanship is amazing and they spent extra time making sure everything was done perfectly. They also re-wrapped our windows and I have to say the craftsmanship looks better than the window company that installed them last year. They even reinstalled our security cameras without us even asking. They cleaned up as they worked which was also nice. Once everything was done they conducted a walk through to make sure we were happy and I have to say we were very impressed. It’s like having a new house and we couldn’t be happier with the final results. In fact we are still getting complements from our friends and neighbors and we have had multiple people stop and ask about “who did the work”. So if you need new siding call these guys first.

Dream Homes Remodeling was a great company that i hired and i am very happy with the results. From start to finish Alex explained what was going to happen and he was true to his word. He had different crews come in to do their part of the work, and each did a fantastic job in my opinion. My roof was over twenty years old and we knew it was not in good shape, but they took care of adding extra plywood as needed. Before they even started, Alex and his dad came over because i noticed a small dripping sound one day when it rained pretty hard. They got up on the roof and did some minor repair that day, which put me at ease until the roof could be replaced. I don't think any other company would go that extra mile to make me happy. Cleanup was also spot on, and my house looks really fantastic with the new additions. So i would highly recommend Dream Homes to anyone needing work done on their house. My friend had them do some things for her and she loved them also.

Technician showed up early and I showed him what was the problem. He was able to refit and trim the vinyl siding and solve the problem. I was recommended this company by a coworker who had work done on their house recently. They were very happy with the results and recommended I give them a call for this repair. We talk over the phone and I sent him a picture of what the problem was. He said the repair should not take to long and we worked out time. The technician finished the repair. We knew it was time and shopped around for a premium new roof. Prices ranged from $40,000 to 12,000 for a complete removal and installation. We chose Dream Home Remodeling because of the shingles and techniques they use as well as the price. They were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. New roof, gutters with gutter guards and sky lights were installed in three days. The project went better then expected and I never found a nail from the demo or installation process. After a tree fell on my roof after a microburst storm hit the area, Mike and Dream Home was my FIRST CALL. They haven't failed me and I highly recommend the team of Dream Home Remodeling. Mike, Tony, and the team at Dream Home did a great job the first time and I'm expecting the same service this time.
