.The job went very well.  They matched the brick for the addition perfectly, even though the old brick was from the 1970's.  The front entranceway is stunning.  They poured the footers, laid the block, filled it in, poured the concrete, topped it with bluestone.  They laid bluestone under the portcochere and redid the brick around the windows, as we put in larger Marvin windows.  Their masterpiece is the fireplace.  They built a beautiful stone fireplace, cutting each piece of stone, with detailing over the arch and bluestone on the hearth.  People walk in and just say "wow"!  The manager of the job was Bob Taylor, who was excellent.  He was always on time, kept us informed, responded to any calls promptly.  We never saw a team work as hard as these guys.  It is nice to know that craftsmanship such as this is still available today.
