The services were good, there was a problem but they came back and took care of it. I've used them through the years where ever I lived. They aim to please, they will come back until they get it right. I called them and they said they would come back if I needed. However, they did break something valuable of mine, it was an antique that couldn't be replaced. I'd probably use another franchise in the future.

They carefully cleaned my car after an accident and bad auto body work. They had to remove tiny shards of fiberglass from all the upholstery and did a very thorough job. They were very efficient.

We have beige carpet which had stains, and after Chem Dry Elite cleaned the carpeting, it looked beautiful. No more stains! Would definitely use them again!

He came three times before we were both satisfied. I have a puppy that got ink all over the floor, and he was able to get it out. They were helpful and responsive. They wanted to come out a third time because they got a new product, and it worked fabulously.
