ALERT!!!! This company says it is no longer in business. They installed an air conditioning system in our house, which started leaking into our ceiling. Despite continued calls, they did not respond. Now our plaster ceiling has fallen in. My husband read the specs for this installation and they did not install the system correctly with the correct floater to turn off water which falls into the overflow pan, hence the water in our ceiling.

Our air conditioner unit didn't turn on at the start of the season. The outside unit's fan wasn't moving. We called this contractor to repair the air conditioner. The technician found the problem was a loose/disconnected wire and repaired it immediately. We think the wire became disconnected when we had a new furnace installed a few months ago.

REPAIRMAN WAS EXCELLENT. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. HE WAS COURTEOUS, COMPETENT AND RESPONSIVE TO MY QUESTIONS. HIS MANNER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS NEAT AND DID A GREAT CLEAN UP JOB. OVERALL EFFICIENT.
