It took two times to get rid of the little buggers but they are gone! We figured it would take at least two tries as it was a lot of yellow jackets going in and out. We are very happy with BugOut and highly recommend. On time, professional, neat and clean. Very happy!

I am delighted to have had Bugout recommended to me (by more than a few people) as we'd received one estimate already in the course of the home inspection and we needed a 2nd one. Bugout was able to send someone out the next day, and after inspection and an estimate, they got the job and scheduled installation for the very next day. The Bugout representative who came to inspect and provide the estimate happened to be the founder and owner of the company, Troy Wiggington, Sr. Not only was he very knowledgeable, with a long history in the field, but he was also very practical and straight-forward in his assessment and treatment plan, both of which made more sense than what the other company had proposed. I very much appreciate the philosophy which Mr. Wiggington follows with his business. I would hire them again (except I'm relocating to another state) and I highly recommend this company to anyone considering pest treatment. They were professional, considerate, timely and straight-forward, and they will deal fairly with you while ridding you of your pest problem.

When I was faced with my bug and rodent issue, I was embarrassed. If I had known sooner how sensitive, compassionate, and nonjudgemental Bugout was I would have had them gone sooner! Troy was so open minded and friendly. He was early and I loved the price. They don't lock you into a contract and they get the job done quick! I would not go to anyone else. Stand up people!

Troy was very informative, helpful and a good sport as I freaked out when it was confirmed we had termites and they were in our foyer. They were able to come out the next day to install the Sentricon bait system in the house and also installed 26 perimeter bait stations outside the house. They came back 30 days later to check the bait systems and it was confirmed the termites were taking the bait. About 5 weeks later, it was confirmed that the termites were gone from inside the house and the indoor bait system was removed. A year after the initial treatment, they came back to inspect and service the outside bait system.

We had some ground bees burrowing under the house. I thought the service was very good! He was able to get rid of them the first time (2015), but the following year they came back. He was able to get rid of them both times. He plugged up all the holes that the bees created. I would recommend them to anyone, and you should take a good look at this company!

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I do first want to state that I'm sorry I'm not familiar with your name as we dealt with Ms. [Removed Member Name] for services. However, we are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied. I looked back on our records and saw the last treatment was on April 7, 2015, over one year ago. On July 8, 2015, Ms. [Removed Member Name] contacted our office stating she had not received a phone call from us to schedule a follow up visit for replenishment of bait however, there was nothing documented on the invoice from 4/7/15 to indicate a phone call to her to schedule that follow up and we do apologize for that. When we spoke with Ms. [Removed Member Name] we did run her concerns by management and even though she had passed the 90 day follow up charge and would then technically be back to an initial, we told her we would honor that follow up due to the miscommunication. At that time, she had told us she would have to think about it and would call back if she wished to schedule. We never did hear back from Ms. [Removed Member Name] so that is where the situation was left. I also noticed that Ms. [Removed Member Name] is still in fact a current customer of ours, just renewing a service with us in January of 2016. Customer service is #1 priority to us. As always, please feel free to contact our office with any further questions or concerns, and we would be glad to assist you."

I called a handyman to repair a wall in my basement which was deteriorating. He found that the damage was due to termites. I consulted Angie's list and found that Bugout was one of the highest rated pest control firms in my area. I called Bugout and told them about my problem. Troy came out immediately and inspected the damage while the wall was still open. He suggested spot treatment of three possible entrance routes and the installation of a Sentricon perimeter system. I thought his proposal made perfect sense, his price was quite reasonable given what other providers were charging for similar services, and he was extremely responsive in doing the work and taking care of the problem.
Given the previous reviews I expected quality service and a reasonable price. That is exactly what I received. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of their work and their attention to customer service.

After noticing that a porch column and wooden shutter seemed hollow, we found hundreds of eggs beneath our front doormat. We thought that we might have a termite problem. Our technician, Matthew, was on time, thorough and very informative. He immediately identified the eggs as being an ant problem, and the soft wood due to water damage. To allay our worst fears, he allowed us to accompany him as he inspected the outside property, the entire basement and every room in the house. After treating for the ant problem, he told us about termite prevention and left us with information should we decide to do that at some later date. He did not pressure us into buying anything.

Troy explained the process of everything he checked and explained the areas that have been historically problem areas in this type of house in this area and he checked those areas especially carefully.

The tech was very knowledgeable and saved me money. I've called the
bigger name places before, but this was the only one that did not just
want me to sign an expensive service contract. I'm glad when there are

I've used them for the last three years. They're just reliable, nice and affordable. They're just nice people. They're efficient. They do what they said they would. They use a non-toxic type of thing that seems to be effective against ants. My problem is ants coming in in the spring time and it always seems to work. The price seems fair and seems equal to what my neighbors are paying with other companies.
