They seem flexible at times, so I can work it around my schedule. They get you in and out quite quickly. The wait room is nice. It has wifi in there so you can do that.

We looked seriously at three different automakers for our new SUV.  All of the models would have fit what we wanted, but went with Brown's Toyota for our new car.  We must have come back to Brown's at least four times to either test drive, or just sit in the vehicle.  Each time our salesman, Charles Gabriel, brought a Rav4 up for us to see.  We never felt pressurized into making a decision.  That alone gave us a very good feeling about the entire Brown's Toyota team.  When we made the decision to buy the Rav4, we called Charles said we had a few more questions, but wanted to buy the car..  However, the model and features we wanted were not available at their site, but was available at another dealer.  We were told they would have the car at the dealer the next day.  Got a call from Brown's Toyota the next day saying when they went to pick up the car it was scratched, however another car had been located farther away and someone would be bringing it back to the dealer within 24 hours.  Charles called us around 5:30 that evening saying the car would be at the dealers within the hour and would we like to come get it that night.  Charles showed us the car before we started signing papers. It was love at first sight.  The paperwork went very smoothly and we had it back home by 8:30.  
The entire Brown's Toyota team we worked with were very friendly and professional.  One of the things which impressed us as we went around to different dealers, was the good feeling we got by just being in the building.  We are looking forward to working with the service department when we bring our Rav4 in for maintenance.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Sales associate Shan Chao was superb: no pressure whatsoever, went over everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. Trade-in for my very old used car was very fair. No sales manager intrusion whatsoever - no overrides of the deal I had worked out with Ms. Chao. Business manager Sean Owens was likewise very professional. Explained everything to me, but no pressure for any add-ons. I have never dealt with Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie before, and I keep my cars for 10 years or more, so buying a car is a big event for me, but they were the greatest.

They have a pleasant waiting area. They usually can get things done the same day. They schedule the appointments easily. I have not had any problems with my car and they do a great job with it so far. They are professional. They just take a little longer than what they quote you, so the wait can be quite long.

I go to them for regular maintenance. I went in expecting to pay for the service because my two years of free maintenance was up however they gave me two free additional check ups. They always do a great job! Always very professional and always acknowledge you when you walk in.

I periodically go to the dealership for routine maintenance just to make sure there aren't any areas i'm missing at the quick lube places. The quality of the work is great, it's just a bit more expensive than the jiffy lube and my major gripe is it takes three times as long--even when i've made an appointment. it's some comfort though that while waiting for service to be complete there is a comfortable waiting room with plenty of seats, a television and complimentary tea and coffee.

Took my post-warranty van in for service and they came back saying the van needed 3000 worth of repairs.
I went to get a second opinion and a majority of the worked was deemed unneeded.
Never went there again.

It went fine. I didn't have my coupon so they found me one. They are very friendly there. It was done quick and I was on my way. And it was a last minute appt. too. They have a lady there named Jackie. She is the BEST!!!!! Always very friendly, helpful, and always goes the extra mile.

There were a couple things that needed to be repaired. A switch under the dash board needed to be replaced and hopefully this replacement will resolved another issue we had this past winter with the ABS light coming on and the cruise control not working. We paid for a repair for that problem in December, but the problem has continued intermittently when cold outside. It was hard to make the issue occur on demand. We have two vehicles that are serviced at Brown's Toyota and we always get good and professional service. Their facility is clean, they have a computer area for those who want to work, a play area for children, and a place to watch TV.

They ended up selling me something that I didn't really need. After the fact, I found that they marked it up like crazy. It isn't that they weren't good. They got us the car really quickly. They had it ready. There were a couple of things that weren't right. They didn't show us how to use the phone. There is a plastic piece that goes in the Toyota shifters, and the car isn't supposed to leave the lot without that piece being in. The piece wasn't in the vehicle. I had to put it in myself. That was kind of weird. They sent us all of this follow-up material. They followed up like crazy, and they had the wrong name on it; they had my middle name instead of my first name. We had to wait forever to see the finance guy. We went there at like 5:30, and we didn't see him until after 8:00. We sat there for two and a half to three hours waiting for the guy. I would only use them again if I had to.

Very easy to book appointment online. However, beware that a 7:30 appointment means nothing because mechanics do not start work until 8:00 a.m. Gave me a free loaner so that i did not have to wait at the dealership all day. Work was completed six hours later, earlier than originally estimated.

Burnie's Car Service does a great job. I took my car to be seen by them, and they did a very good job. Their price is very standard and fair. I liked their quality of work and how they responded towards me.
