They repeatedly claimed experience with 300 other similar houses. The brand new roof has leaked continuously. We have had it repaired 6 times and then completely replaced. All with a new contractor because Bayside filed for bankruptcy and then started up again so they could get out of their obligations. The central air system has never worked and we have had that repaired at least 8 times. The plumbing has malfunctioned 3 times flooding the basement. The repair work we have had to do from water damage from the roof and faulty plumbing has cost us thousands of dollars. They used the cheapest materials they could get any chance they got. Bayside and its owner Matt Reimer have taken no responsibility for anything.
Description of Work: We hired them to do a complete gutting and renovation of a row house in Baltimore. New roof, roof deck, new plumbing, electric, kitchen, 3 baths, hardwood floors, framing sheetrock.
