BUYER BEWARE!!!   We used this company for a business  we own.I called Appliance Repair Genie (formally knows as Appliance Repair Today, same phone number and who knows what other company names) and the company told me they could come out that same eve.The technician came and told me we needed a door sensor switch on our washing machine and he had to order the part. It would be a 200.00 deposit and he only took cash or checks. ( he cashed the check at a check cashing company) Told me the part would take about 2-3 days to come in. A week later I called them and finally they came out to fix washer. He came (late of course) and worked on the washing machine. I paid him another 129.00 for the final bill as he told me it was fixed. It wasn't! He never fixed the washer!! It was giving us the same error message. So we called again and after getting several messages from them saying they were going to late I decided to use another repair service because this was a time sensitive repair for our business. I also asked for a full refund as he never diagnosed or fixed the problem and agreed to send a refund. Not only have I never received a refund he even cashed the second check I gave him. This repair went on for over 2 weeks and the other company I had come out fixed my washing machine in 2 days!!! And Appliance Repair Today ( according to the co who fixed the problem) misdiagnosed my issue.
