They never answer the phone. My job has been pending fixtures for 2 weeks now. I leave voicemails and no responses. Try to call them and see if they answer. Also, they close at 3pm so good luck with speaking to a receptionist. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

went well until it did'nt. Beware - they will only do what they "feel" they want to. Regardless of safety or a proper completion. I was told by the installer "I should be happy" and he proceeded to argue and get emotional with me. When I spoke to the Manager/Supervisor she noted that "that's all the Warranty would pay for" had I paid myself (500-700) "we would've installed it properly"- I then reached out (spending literally hours back and forth with the Warranty service group) that Yes indeed they need to come back out and where assigned to do so. They declined to contact me and now ignore my repeated calls and per the Warranty Services, "declined to come back out and make this safe and serviceable. Great to see all the happy customers.. likely they paid (and paid alot) to achieve the rating and services. if going warranty - I would neither use/nor recommend them in fact if assigned (which I am hoping due to the difficulty they will remove them from their vendor list) The warranty company went so far as too rescind the payment as All Star apparently doesnt warranty their work.

Outstanding service by technicians Joe and Adam. Our complex draining problem was resolved and they exceeded expectations. We commend the company for prompt, professional and superb service. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Met John and Tyler from All Star Plumbing one day while they were fixing plumbing issues at my daughter's home. Seeing the work they did for my daughter, I called All Star Plumbing specifically requesting the two of them about a leak coming from our basement ceiling running through the seam of two cabinets. After assessing the situation, John explained to me that the leak was coming from a pinhole in the cold water pipe and how and what they needed to do to fix the problem. In addition to the pinhole problem, I showed the guys an outside faucet that would leak whenever I turned it on. This leak was also associated with the same pipe that had the pinhole. After cutting and replacing part of the pipe and placing a new outside faucet to the new section of pipe, both problems were immediately fixed. John and Tyler were very professional, did an outstanding job, and addressed all my questions and concerns. After observing their work, one can see that they are very knowledgeable, work well together as a team, and enjoy what they do. I highly recommend All Star Plumbing with any plumbing issues and I also recommend asking for John and Tyler to do the job. All Star Plumbing LLC is my go to company if and when I have any plumbing problems.

All Star was great. They arrived within the allotted time window, were professional and courteous, and cleaned up behind themselves. They made sure we understood how our new water heater works, and answered all of my questions along the way. When a problem arose with how our new chimney flue was installed, they communicated directly with the chimney folks and were able to make the correction themselves. Their phone receptionist is helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. We've called them back to fix a backed-up floor drain today. They've been delayed by snow, but we hope we'll have just as good an experience today as we did with their water heater installation.

Joseph Cachero (All Star Plumber) came out to my house. Not only was Joe very amicable but he was professional and understood exactly how to make all requisite repairs. I was amazed at the speed of his performance. He took time after the repair to walk me through other questions and even went above and beyond to make similar repairs on another toilet to ensure that I would not have similar issues and problems later. He did that as a favor to me and did not add any charges to the bill. All Star Plumbing also called in advance prior to Joe's arrival to let me know when Joe would arrive. Joe was punctual (arriving on time) and was very pleasant. I highly recommend All Star Plumbing to any and all.

We had to use this company as part of our home warranty. I called on Monday morning and a tech was out that afternoon. When he informed me we would need a new hot water heater, I was concerned with how long the warranty company and the new heater would take to get installed. They called the warranty company immediately and a new heater was installed the next day. They were professional, made sure everything was working properly and explained the new heater to me. I would use them again.

I was referred to All Star Plumbing. I called the office and spoke with Tara. She was very nice, courteous and professional. She gave me a window for service and called me the day of to update on my appointment.
John Sr. arrived (a little past the window, but that was fine because Tara called me to tell me John was in my area on a job. He was personable & courteous & introduced himself. He entered the house with shoe booties to protect my carpet. He assessed the situation and explained the problem. He worked on the pipes & handled the issues with the leak. In addition, he was extremely knowledgeable and offered tips on how to maintenance your plumbing (spouts, valves, drains, etc --things as homeowners, you should be doing). Once the work was done, he explained to me what he did. He also showed me how to clean my drain (OMG so easy). He made sure to clean up and he was on his way.
I appreciate this company & their service... They are All Stars!
