They were very nice and very helpful and didn't charge me.

It was a good experience. They came out, talked about the issues we had and gave heads-up on the aspect that our concrete was not completely level and gave us tips to take care of that. We would recommend them.

I've used them and got the work done. I have already paid for it, but I haven't seen the final product. It's not in my own house, it's in my rental property. They are very courteous. When I contacted them they responded right away. When they make an appointment, they show up on time. I got 3 quotes and they were the lowest and they provided full package. Another company that I found on Angie's List did only the doors and not the frames. They were reasonable. They were very responsive. I called them and they called back right away. They always tried to make it as early as possible when I asked stuff. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future if need be. I told that if I need work on another property, I may call them back.

I went to see the doors after Angies' rep called me(the paragraph above). Oh my, they did an awesome job! The garage was transformed from a a haunted house to 2011 look. The garage also has a side door(broken and old). They helped me to remove it and boarded it up. So I don't need to find another vendor to do the work. Excellent excellent company. Will definitely use them again.

I found them on Angie's List. They put the same height and color and everything matches and everything works great. They were pleasant to work with and they fixed it in one day. I thought that their prices were reasonable for what they did.

They were good, and everything about the work was fine. We had a weird garage door because it was small and kind of crooked, so we couldn't use just anybody. They had to adjust the bottom of it, so that when the door shut, it wasn't uneven at the bottom. They did the garage door, and the price was pretty reasonable. I wished they would have finished out the framing around the door and not just the door itself; however, we knew that going into the job. We did trim out and finish the job, and it looks fine. We had a couple of estimates, and they were responsive and came out pretty quickly. We did not have any trouble at all with their professionalism. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Excellent service. Bruce met me at my house after normal business hours. Both of my old openers were broken, but he was able to fix one (free of charge) while we talked. He quoted me prices for new operners alone, but I decided to get a total replacement. He was not pushy at all. Quoted me a fair price (probably high compared with Lowes or Home Depot) but I trusted he would do the job right and with quality materials. Was able to schedule me within one week. Total install was about 1/2 day. Installers set everything up (remotes and keypad) and gave us a working tutorial. Called them last week with a question and they were very helpful. Highly recommend.

All About Doors was great. Their price was very competetive, their estimator very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The door had to be ordered and it came in ahead of their estimated delivery. The installers were punctual, fast and efficient. They cleaned up well and the door works great. All About Doors performed spring maintenance on my old door in the past and they were good then and now.

Everything went as planned and they worked with us to schedule the installation at a time convenient to us. Two people showed up for the installation and everything was completed within the time they had estimated. The clean up after the job was great. Having someone explain and fill out the tax rebate paperwork was very helpful.

I was trying to get a rental property ready for move in around the holidays. I had only a few days to work with and had to have my garage door replaced as a stipulation of hte lease contract. Called and spoke to Sam and he was super helpful. Called me back (PS-I don't live in MD) and emailed a quote and got us on their schedule within a day or so. Seemed to understand the urgency and helped us out!

They did a great job. Door works great and the repairs were done very professionally.

The salesrep came to our house with sample product and colors in his vehicle. He was prompt, professional and really knew his product. He did not do any type of hard sell or try to talk us into a higher-priced door or into options that we didn't need or want. Once we chose a door, he gave recommendations on how to fix up the trim around the garage and even pointed out that we needed to apply rustoleum to the metal above the garage doors (that holds the brick up) so we did not void the warranty on the door. The doors were ordered and delivery date was estimated. The doors arrived on time and were installed quickly and at our convenience. The installation crew was quick and efficient. They took time to explain use of the new system to my husband and showed him how to change passwords and such. This was such a great experience that I know we will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

My garage door spring broke on January 3, 2009. I called them Monday morning 01/05/09 and made an appointment on 01/09/09. They showed up on time and replaced the springs for the quoted price.

They did a great job. They did arrive on time and the price was very reasonable. They were very easy to work with, kind and polite. I would recommend them in the future.

Fast efficient work. From the contract commit to installation it was 48 hours.

The sales rep, Ed Carter, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The new door required some modifications due to the tight tolerances for this particular installation and to accommodate the electric door opener. The install was professionally done. However, they did dot show up at the scheduled time in the morning. When I called they said it wouldn't be til after lunch time.
