We basically paid for a diagnostic check so they could give us a list of things to fix. Every single thing they did was a diagnostic check. They didn't flush our line, perform any basic cleaning, or service our units in any way. Their deal is so they can charge you to come out to your house to see if there is any additional work for them to perform. Don't expect them to do any sort of "tune up." If you have any dirt on your machine, etc. don't expect them to clean it. Their ad says they have a 30 day refund guarantee, but don't expect them to honor that either. When I reported that I was unhappy with my service (such as wanting to charge me over $400 to clean my blower motor), they told me they would give me 10%, but would NOT refund my charges, even though their ad says they guarantee a 30 day refund. Overall, this coupon felt more like a gimmick to upsell me rather than provide a quality service.

They come in twice a year for a checkup. Our furnace is relatively new about 3 years old. We haven’t had to call them for any problems, they sold us the furnace. We have a contract with them.

They charged me quite a bit for replacement of a filter. My interaction with them was okay. They also fixed my air conditioner. My wife doesn't think that they did a good job. We will not use them again.

Supreme's office manager, Cristi, called me on Wednesday morning to tell me the circuit board was in, and that Eddie would come to my house and install it that afternoon--which he did, earlier than the appointed time. It took him a little while after it was in to discover that the transformer had also burnt out, but he had that part on the truck, and replaced it on the spot. I was very concerned about this coming weekend (when the temperatures in this area are again going to be flirting with the freezing mark), but now do not have to worry.

I am so grateful to Eddie and Cristi for their responsiveness, compassion, and professionalism, and would not hesitate to ask for Supreme specifically when I need HVAC service again!

My experience from start to end was flawless from the initial estimate to completion of the project. All appointment times were made to accommodate my schedule and they were always prompt. The installation of the new unit took less than one full day and the workers were courteous and professional. The unit installed was a Carrier and I am very happy with it. This is not the first time I've used this company and each time it was a very positive experience.

I have a heat pump and over the weekend, my furnace stopped working; even the emergency heat didn't work. I called A Supreme Heating and Air Conditioning Company on Monday, January 20, 2014, and they immediately sent someone to my condo. My building had experienced severe water damage when the sprinkler pipes froze and broke a week earlier. Because of this I wanted to make sure that my heat was working so the pipes inside my unit would not freeze up and burst.
The technician, Sean, diagnosed the problem as a bad transformer. He went to the Goodman Heating Company and picked up
a new transformer, which luckily was still under warranty. Sean replaced the transformer and the furnace started up again.
Now my pipes can be warm and toasty.

Our over all experience with Supreme Air was a positive one! Alex was great! He seemed to be honest and personable. Although their pricing was comparable with the other estimates we received, we decided to go with Supreme Air (we got a good vibe from our initial visit). We were able to negotiate the price a little bit and got a and quot;freeand quot; service contract for a year for our new AC and our existing heating system (which we have utilized for the winter); I must say: the technician serviced our boiler impeccably! The workers were on time and the job was finished on time. After the job was done, Alex brought to our attention that they made a mistake- the outdoor unit was not compatable with the indoor unit and they replaced it right away! The few negatives about the job were the size of the holes that they made in our wood floors. We felt that they could have been smaller and a big negative was not being able to use our AC on the first HOT day of summer! Because the indoor unit was replaced, the new unit was never tuned correctly to the outdoor unit! We had to make a service appointment and stayed in a HOT house for the next available tech., which was more than 24hrs. Other than those negatives, we would definitely use them again. The AC now works great! AND we got our rebates from BGE! Because of this company, we were introduced to Rich Dexter, owner of Home Energy Hero. He sealed and insulated our house brilliantly and got us the appropiate BGE rebates for the work done (this is another company that I highly reccomend for a home energy audit). Definitely recommend these guys!

we had a very old gas furnace that stopped working. I called supreme afterhours and they sent someone out that evening who got the furnace working. We then started to get estimates on a new furnace. Supreme was the only estimate we received when the furnace went out again. I called as soon as it went out and accepted their offer-they installed a new gas furnace the next morning. Everyone was very professional, prompt, and they did a great job. It's 15 degrees outside and I am very happy I have heat tonight!

A/C unit in rental property did not have coolant in it. I called for an appointment and got one for the next day. Technician arrived on time (within a window), called me with his diagnosis and charged the unit. Short, sweet and simple.

I have only good things to say about Supreme Heating and Cooling. They did an excellent job. They covered everything, cleaned up so well that you did not even know they had been there. They were very reasonable on their price. I would highly recommend.

SUPREME HAD INSTALLED THE UNIT MANY YEARS AGO. I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY THAT AFTERNOON. THE REPAIRMAN CALLED ME FROM THE HOUSE WITH THE PROBLEM AND THE ESTIMATE TO REPAIR. THE COILS NEEDED CLEANING AND THEY CLEANED THE DUCTS. OUR TENANT WAS PLEASED WHEN THE A/C STARTED COOLING THE HOUSE AGAIN.
