Initially, well. But as the job lingered on into the third week, the work became sloppy- missed corners, doors that were missed, trim missed. Eventually, some workers painted trim that was not supposed to be painted. When told about the mishap, we were told we would have to pay for it. After a heated discusion, the painter agreed to fix HIS mistake.

Roland Park Painting did an excellent job. I had used them for several interior jobs last year and was very happy so they were the only ones I called for the exterior work. They arrived when promised, three of them, were neat, cleaned up daily and did a great job. The gutters were scrubbed and the outside lights were even cleaned which gave the house a brand new look.

Mr. Coale from Roland Park and an associte showed up when they said they would and completed the job in two and one half days. I love they way it looks and it was not an easy job because I like hi-gloss enamel and semi-gloss enamel paint which shows every blemish. The walls were prepped and now look beautiful. I was so happy with the job I had them remove wallpaper in my bathroom and paint that room. It looks beautiful. A few days later I called them back to paint and repair my foyer ceiling. I am very happy with the job and the look. The only problem with painting some rooms it makes you want to paint the entire interior of your home.

IT ONLY TOOK HIM TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I WAS REALLY PLEASE WITH THE OUT COME OF THE WORK. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME. HE DID A GREAT JOB.
