 + -1 moreThe guy who had come before was totally crooked. The guy from Demand Justis Services Inc came in and fixed it perfectly for half the price, but the other guy was trying to tell us to do major work. Demand Justis Services is fantastic. They are licensed and insured. I couldn't tell how pleased I was with their service. The other guy charged us $300 and it stayed fixed only for two days. The price charged by Demand Justis Services was very reasonable. I haven't had any trouble since then. I would recommend them to my mother, father and best friends.
Description of Work: Demand Justis Services Inc serviced my house heater. Kirk Justis is the owner. He does HVAC appliance and MHIC.

 + -1 moreworse HVAC experience I ever had..crook thief unethical and an attitiude to match
Description of Work: Kirk charged me $430 for a condensate pump replacement which other proffessionals said should cost about $200 total. He also refused to apply any of my HMS warrantly deductable($100) towards the job's labor b/c "that's for me showing up and diagnosing the problem". Not to mention I told him the condensate pump went bad before he got there. The temp was soaring in the 90's and water was pooling in the basement... He gouges you when you don't have much of a choice. Absolute unethical crook. dont let him come near your house.
