TSL provided the best construction experience we've ever received! From the very first phone call to set up the visit to our home, to the finished product, Scott and his team exceeded our expections. Our bathroom is beautiful! We were so pleased with our experience with TSL, that we have begun the process of working with them on our kitchen remodel.

We selected TSL Construction, Scott Sun and his crew to remodel three bathrooms in our home. TSL Construction completely demolished our 35 year old master bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt an absolutely beautiful, contemporary master spa-like bathroom ahead of schedule and within our budget. TSL demolished the old tiles, removed all bathroom fixtures, walls and flooring, removed debris. They reinforced the flooring to accommodate a new soaking tub, built a new mortar based shower, installed exhaust fans, electrical requirements, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, tiled flooring, mirrors, chandelier, light fixtures, faucets, shower fixtures, painting and finishing touches, etc. The TSL team was flexible, timely and made sure the details of our remodel happened. Along the way, we encountered some unexpected construction challenges. Lin, Danny and Walter responded very positively and applied their construction skills and experience to overcome the challenges. We were able to get every fixture that we wanted in our bathroom remodel and TSL did an excellent job to bringing our dream spa-like bathroom to reality. We love the new master bathroom and functionality is also excellent with placement of the fixtures. TSL also updated, retiled the showers, installed new toilets, lighting, cabinets and painted two other bathrooms in our home. This was all completed in 3 weeks; TSLs original estimated time to complete was 4 weeks. They never missed a day and were careful not to destroy other things in my home while they worked. Of course, we encountered lots of dust during the remodeling but TSL covered as much of the furnishings as they could to minimize the dust impact. We hired AirWiz ,also found on Angie's List, to do a thorough cleaning of the furnace, supply and return ducts to clean out the dust after the job was complete. We love the remodel of all 3 bathrooms and are very happy that we found TSL on Angie's List after having discussed the project with 4 other bath remodeling companies. All of the other contractors were not as price competitive as TSL and none of them offered us the complete flexibility that TSL gave us to design our own remodel, purchase the fixtures that we wanted and TSL delivered exactly as we had planned within budget. We also learned a lot about purchasing our own fixtures to get exactly what we wanted. Scott Sun, TSL owner, proved true to his word from day one and throughout the remodel on every promise he made to us to exceed our expectations. Scott and his team were fabulous to work with.  He was very prompt in setting up an appointment for an estimate, and worked with us to ensure the project was done prior to the next contractor coming in to lay carpet.  The work took a few visits, as drywall has to dry thoroughly prior to painting.  The team was very courteous about using a cloth to walk on from the door to the basement; it had been quite rainy and this was appreciated.  They were also conscious about picking up the broken glass from the mirrors, as well as cleaning up behind themselves.  The banister was necessary and the team did a great job with installation as well as extending it the whole flight of the steps, which it had not been prior.  Everyone was extremely pleasant and it was a wonderful experience.  We will definitely use TSL Construction in the future when it's time to remodel the laundry room!  Thanks so much!

The entire process from start to finish was wonderful. Scott came out and gave a quote for the work. We went back and forth a bit to ensure all the details were covered. We scheduled the work to be done and Lin and the crew did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail, professionalism and craftsmanship made our experience with TSL Construction a very positive one. Scott is great to work with and is very quick to respond to any questions. All in all, it was a great experience and we would HIGHLY suggest TSL Construction for any remodel project, big or small.

Owner came out in person to view the possible changes that could be done to my house.  Very professional, stated clearly the services he could and could not perform, in general no over exaggeration.  We are still working out the details since this was only a consultation but so far his prices are not far off, hoping to see the final product very soon.

Installed/repaired drywall and painted interior walls.  Also provided handyman services around the house. The company put customer satisfaction as its top priority.  The finished work was above my expectation.  They even did work that wasn't originally requested - at no extra charge.

This job was more complicated than doing an entirely new unit because materials had to be matched and provision made for a section of drywall.  Results were excellent!  It looks better than the original. 
The clean-up was thorough.  Mr. Sun actually followed up after a few days to make sure everything was OK.  That's a first in my experience.  What a nice combination of being personable and efficient.
That's in addition to the usually cited pluses in "A" reviews:  polite, neat, trustworthy.
I was very impressed and will definitely use TSL Construction again.

They did a great job and I like my new basement so much. I had a friend coming to visit me and will stay with me for a while, so I decided to remodel my basement. I was in a hurry and I hope they get the work done as soon as possible. They worked very hard and finished the work early and the most important thing is that my new basement is fantastic. When they work , they kept the dirt on a tarp and cleaned it clearly afterward. I don't need to worry about anything. I am going to say they provide excellent service and they are very professional. I will definitely use this company again.
