Contacted Tower Power and made an appointment for preventive maintenance on my Generac generator.  Russell came out and performed the maintenance and answered all of my questions.  he was very professional and knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the generator.  While performing the service he observed that the generator was not performing as it should.  He identified that the fuel pin was faulty and needed to be replaced.  he contacted the Generac and ordered the part.  I was very impressed by his professionalism and signed a contract for annual preventive service of my generator.
Russell returned 3 weeks later to replace the faulty part.  Very professional company, I strongly recommend using them for any work needed on your generator.

I had a horrible experience with the company FAB electric who did the initial install. FAB electric in return to keep my business offered two free maintenances for me. I used them and again the experience was horrible to the point that they are so incompetent they did not secure the oil cap after their service. My generator was out of oil for several months. 
Tower Power system came promptly as schedule and the owner did the job himself. He informed us of the problem and quickly corrected it as well as some extra work to ensure that no damage was done from the lack of oil. Wonderful gentleman and awesome job. We even called over our neighbor to talk to him about obtaining an estimate for a new circuit breaker install. We would always recommend them for any and all services for not only our home but to all our friends and neighbors. Thank you for all you work and looking forward to more future project with you.

The service turned out very well. Rafael is a very nice fellow to deal with and he is very prompt. We have had very good service from them. As part of the cost, we also took out a service contract with him. So, he comes periodically and checks it out. He is very accessible. If you have a question or a problem, you send him an e-mail and he responds right away. He just gives very good service.

The company responded promptly to my purchase of this service. Russell arrived promptly and explained things to me in much greater detail than the person who did the original installation.  He advised me to check the generator ready light  biweekly to make sure the unit was ready to go in the event of a power outage. It was the first I'd heard about that!  I feel confident that the generator will work when I need it!

Tower Power did an excellent job in installing the Generac Generator and in servicing the generator.

We have a service contract for our Generac whole house generator, with Tower Power.  What an excellent and ethical firm this is.  His prices are very competitive, and he visits our home twice per year, not once as with certain competitors.  He replaced our battery free when it turned out that the one he had supplied us failed during the year, for a reason totally unrelated to the battery quality.  He always phones to advise us of his arrival, and is unfailingly polite and respectful.  I  think Russell is the kind of service provider we used to know back when service mattered and reputation was everything.  I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Neighbor referred me to the local general company and specific installer who fit me into his schedule as quickly as possible because of excessive heat/storms and my need for air conditioning because of health condition.

Owner/installer, Russel Blinkhorn, was extremely professional and always on time. He said he would take care of the installation and he really did from start to finish. Extremely satisfied with entire experience.
