I usually just get an oil change here, and for that service, this place isn't too bad. But this time, the person taking care of me really p***** me off. He sold me an engine flush, which after much research and asking a few old friends with some automotive knowledge, I found out is total crap.
Thus, because they lied to me, I will never visit this chain again. Yes, I know that my ignorance did not help the situation, but that is no excuse for the staff to sell me down the river.
NOTE: If a salesman at this company says that a service is "part of the manufacturer's recommended maintenance", challenge them to show you where the manufacturer states it as such. They will lie to you to make a larger sale!
