Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Furnace/HVAC blower motor stopped working after repeated power outages from the great Derecho event in 2012. Strickly came out the same day and diagnosed the capacitor had blown. They replaced the capacitor and determined the blower motor was excessively noisy and loose, properly secured unit quieting noise.

HVAC stopped working Sunday night on Labor Day weekend. Got a referral from a neighbor and contacted Strickly Residential on Monday (Labor Day). They came out that day and determined the compressor capacitor had gone bad, replaced unit still working two years later.

Our dryer was not working. We called Strickly Residential and they called us right back and came the next morning. We live in Ellicott City and it was no problem. Works perfectly and the work was meticulous in cleaning up. We were very pleased at the price given the amount of work it entailed. Will definitely use this company to address our AC issue.
