+ -1 moreJeff met with us at his office and helped us better understand the process of buying a home. He was very thorough and patient. He always put our best interest first, even recommending we not put in an offer on a home because of structural problems with the house. One of the best things about Jeff was his knowledge of the home structures. He was able to show us things we would not have thought of (water damage, rust, etc.) It was a very enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Description of Work: I had Jeff from SHANONN & JEFF YOUR REALTORS show us homes, draft contracts on our behalf and help us negotiate with sellers to help us buy our first home. He was involved from start to finish.
