During installation of new vinyl flooring of kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms, several plumbing problems were found that required immediate repair.  These included the old  (50 yr old) shut-off valves to the sink and toilet so  they could be moved in order to install the floor.  In addition, moving the refrigerator had caused a leak in the ice maker water line that needed to be stopped. Also, moving the washer and dryer revealed a leak in the washer line which had damaged the floor and needed to be  repaired.  The flooring company called Pete Schoolfield  who came over and started assessing the needed repairs.  He stopped the leaks and then started replacing the shutoff valves.  In one bathroom, this required cutting  an access panel through the bedroom wall to avoid damaging the bathroom tiles.  All the work was done beautifully,  The price was reasonable and Pete is friendly and easy to work with.  He does other work besides plumbing including carpentry  and is willing to do small jobs.  I will be calling on him in the future.

I have used Pete for several items, from replacing toilets to hanging interior/exterior doors. He is always respectful, honest, and keeps his work areas clean. I have referred him to numerous friends, with full confidence he will treat them in the same manner.
