The provider came and installed the service, but left before hooking up the business computer and did not install a wireless router/modem as I had originally ordered. On Saturday I tried to hook up the main computer, but no luck. I called Kevin expecting an answering machine, but he answered and when I explained my problem he arranged to come over Sunday to get it set up. He figured out the problem in about 10 minutes, then set up a wireless modem he had brought with him and offered to leave it for my use until the provider could get out and install one. It could not have gone better.
