 + 0 moreThe provider came and installed the service, but left before hooking up the business computer and did not install a wireless router/modem as I had originally ordered. On Saturday I tried to hook up the main computer, but no luck. I called Kevin expecting an answering machine, but he answered and when I explained my problem he arranged to come over Sunday to get it set up. He figured out the problem in about 10 minutes, then set up a wireless modem he had brought with him and offered to leave it for my use until the provider could get out and install one. It could not have gone better.
Description of Work: He fixed my computer so it gets the comcast internet service and he set up my other computer to get the wireless internet. An all around pro at what he does. I fully expected the bill to be twice what he charged.
