I love that this is a family owned buisness. I have used and trusted them for decades. From moving around the dmv, city to suburbs, each scenario where i had a pest problem. I knew who exactly to call. Piece of mind and communication before and after treatments was always money well spent 🙏

Carlos arrived the next day within the time window provided during my initial call.  Carlos inspected and pointed out a swarm of ants making their way up the deck posts in the rear..  He also pointed out a few areas from inside at the front that should be sealed to prevent further entry of pests into the home.  He inspected the inside of the basement for possible damage from carpenter ants.

Carlos sprayed outside the front and back of townhouse and injected gel inside kitchen outlets in the back of the house. He also pointed out and removed a small wasp nest on my front door.  Carpenter ants were found in the tree on the front of the house and around the front door trim. 

Carlos was professional, informative and careful to not track dirt in the home.  He also offered updated service on a quarterly basis at a reasonable price.  I have seen no signs of ants in the back or carpenter ants in front since his visit.

It went well. They came out right away. He immediately found a wood inspect that would eat the wood. He treated it right away. If I have any other problems, he stated he would come out right away. I would use them again in the future.

Their price is pretty reasonable.

Pest Control Club was very flexible on conducting the inspection at a convenient time. I couldn't be there, and they were open to just using the lockbox. They got back to me extremely quickly with the results.
When the seller opted to use Pest Control Club to then rectify the issue (because termite evidence was found in a few places), they were able to quickly solve the problem for $500 with a year guarantee. Very easy to communicate with, very good follow up, and a nice visual report diagraming the work done.
For what it's worth, my realtor referred me to them, adn I enjoyed working with them.

The use pet-friendly products which is nice for me because I have three cats and three dogs.

I think they have been able to keep the termites away. They are reliable, responsive, and cooperative. I will use them in the future.

A few years ago, I saw what I thought was a termite so I called Pest Control Club for help. They did a thorough inspection of my home inside and outside and did a spray in both areas. Each year after they have only done an inspection inside and spray outside to continue to keep my home bug free. They have a good, fair price and are efficient. They send a reminder to me each year so I can make the appointment when it fits my schedule.

They are friendly and responsive.

They contact me annually to come in and check my basement for any new activity.

Had ants in the kitchen. Called the Pest Control Club and they came out the same day. The technician evaluated my ant problem, make recommendations, and executed the plan. Within a few days, the ant problem was resolved.

They were quite a ways off but they came down and did the service. They did a good job. They had the best competitive price. The quality was almost perfect. They had to cancel once and showed up a little later. They were nice and I would use them again.

They were pretty good. They came in and put some powder and it was gone. And have never seen any termites since then. They did what they had to do. I would rate them high overall. They were punctual and they did come on the day they said they would come. They did come with the estimate and they were punctual on that too. They were like the main men. They would have done even though u didn't tell them what has to be done. That was pretty convenient. They were very professional and they explained the whole termite thing to me. I would definitely use them again in future as I have renewal contract with them.

They are really responsive. I saw few ants one time, after they had been here, and they came right back and took care of it. I found out where they were coming from, and so they let me know what I needed to do. Once, when they came out to do the cleaning, I had a hornet’s nest in the backyard and they actually got rid of it. I didn’t even know that it existed. They call every quarter and always remind me of when the appointment is. I pay $80 a quarter. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

They were very pleasant to deal with. They were very accommodating to our schedules. The technicians did a great job. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.

The company responded quickly, arrived on time, and performed a through inspection. Initially did not think any animal was in basement. On second call after indication of animal came back and set traps. Animal trapped the next day and they came to collect. Flat fee of $150. Stated if had any future problem to contact. No additional fee.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE VERY GOOD WITH WHAT THEY DO. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB, BUT THEY ARE KIND OF SLOW WITH THE BILLING. SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO CALL THEM ABOUT IT.

THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED, RESPONSIBLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND FRIENDLY. THEY CAME OUT EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD ON THE INITIAL INSPECTION. ON THEIR CONTINUED MAINTENANCE THEY COME OUT ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE I AGREED TO, AND LEAVE A NOTE REGARDING THEIR FINDINGS.

I USE PEST CONTROL ABOUT ONCE EVERY THREE MONTHS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB. I DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THIS IS A HUGE INVESTMENT BUT WELL WORTH IT. THEY COME OUT THE SAME TIME EACH MONTH AUTOMATICALLY, BUT I CAN CHANGE THE TIME IF IT IS NOT CONVENIENT FOR US. I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN AND THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT NOTIFYING ME OF THE CHEMICALS USED.
