There was a broken crystal goblet by their technician. After numerous phone calls, Brock, the owner refused to pay or replace the goblet which was one of a complete set of 12. I shopped for him for the “ “ “cheapest” price and found that Amazon had a goblet ,Waterford, Lismore, for just just $110. The service on my rugs was done 10/10/24.
